1200-5 SERIES
Suitable for 19.05 mm (3/4 inches) x 38.10 mm (1.1/2 inches)
This 5 rolls expander are recommended for expansion of thin wall tubes. Expansion of thin wall tubes with 3 roll expander may some times result in cracking of tubes. To avoide such damages 1200-5 expander with 5 rolls are used. All other properties are similar to standard 1200 series tools and are mostly used for larger expansion length in thick tube sheet. It can cover expansion length up to 320mm in step by step expansion in which each step can be of 50 mm max.
