8012 series Expanders are parallel type 3 roller tube expanders with adjustable rolling length. Adjustable expander can be used for different tube sheet thickness or drum thickness. Tube expander is fitted with 57mm rollers and the effective expansion length that can be achieved is minimum 15mm and maximum is 50mm in one single stroke. Standard reach up to 4″ (102mm) depth. Thereafter available in increment of 2″ that is 6 inches= A reach, 8 inches =B reach and so on. We can cover the large expansion length in multiple steps.
