ATP SERIES INTERNAL TUBE CUTTER

DBX make power driven internal tube cutter suitable for cutting tubes behind tube sheet and tube end projection of ferrous and non-ferrous tubes. This cutter is easy to operate with an adjustable collar for reaching into tubes at various depth. Standard Length upto 4 inch (102mm) deep. Extra-long reach is available in step of 2 ” per step. Eg: A reach = 6, B reach 8″, C reach 10″ and so on. Bit can be easily replaceable. This Cutter can be operated along with Electric or Pneumatic motors. Brass Pilot is provided as per the tube ID to Guide the tool thru cutting process.

TUBE REMOVAL TOOLS

TUBE WALL REDUCER

This tool reduce the wall of expanded tubes , in removal process first stage is reduction of the rolled portion of the tubes in the tube sheet, the font pilot portion maintain the alignment in the tube bores.

TUBE DRIFT/KNOCKOUT

These tools can be operated manually by hammer or pneumatic chipping hammer. The pilot diameter is designed to just enter in the tube ID as a guide while main body of the tool forces the tubes away from tube plate.

COLLAPSING TOOL

These tools are used with manual hammer or Pneumatic chipping hammer to collapse tubes in the tube sheet.
